2017 12.5% alc vol. Only an experimental batch was made to assess what level of quality could be achieved.
2018 14.0% alc vol. Hand picked from the earliest ripening divisions of the vineyard. Whole bunch pressing combined with carbonic maceration has provided vibrant colour and rich flavour. Maturation in aged American oak.
2020 14.0% alc vol. A complete new style of Rosé for 2020 following the loss of the 2019 vintage due to frost. The year of fallow conditions allowed the vines to build nutrient strength, which in turn provided extremely well filled out fruit for the harvest. So it was decided to separate the "free run" juice and ferment it as our Rosé.
